mlnp architects는 서울을 기반으로 건축, 도시설계, 공간디자인 및 기획 리서치의 경계를 넘나드는 건축가와 디자이너의 그룹이다. 한국뿐만 아니라 아시아의 다양한 지역에서 프로젝트를 수행하며, 각 장소가 지닌 고유한 맥락과 조건 속에서 새로운 공간의 가능성을 발견하고자 한다. mlnp는 도시 경관과 공공 영역, 그리고 건축이 사람들의 일상과 관계 맺는 방식에 깊은 관심을 둔다. 건축은 단순히 형태를 만드는 일이 아니다. 그것은 장소의 조건, 프로그램의 조직, 현실의 제약, 클라이언트의 비전, 그리고 사회적 요구가 서로 충돌하고 조정되며 하나의 공간적이며 재료적인 질서로 구축되는 과정이다. 우리는 이러한 복합적인 과정을 통해 건축이 동시대 도시와 삶 속에서 어떤 새로운 역할을 할 수 있는지 탐구한다. mlnp의 작업은 작은 오브제에서 대규모 도시 개발에 이르기까지 다양한 스케일을 포괄한다. 그러나 그 모든 작업은 건축, 도시, 조경을 분리된 영역으로 보지 않고 하나의 연속된 공간적 비전 안에서 다루려는 태도에서 출발한다. 프로젝트의 전 과정에서 사회적·환경적 통합을 중요하게 생각하며, 다양한 분야와의 깊이 있는 협업을 통해 장소와 사람, 도시와 자연이 보다 의미 있게 연결되는 건축을 지향한다.
mlnp architects is a Seoul and London based group of architects, designers and thinkers operating within the fields of architecture, urban design and research. The practice is currently involved in a large number of projects throughout Asia, Europe and Latin America and our works around the world insist on intelligent approach which inventing new possibilities on each specific context. mlnp pursues a fascination for radical and experimental design research focusing on the urban landscape, the public realm, and the influence of architecture on the everyday lives of its users. We operate contemporary practice where emphasizing not only a formal agenda but performance related to program, organization, constraints and client’s aspirations. mlnp approach to spatial vision in the fields of architecture, urbanism and landscape, with a strong focus on the social and environmental integration through process, for all scales of project ranging from objects to urban development, is deeply collaborative.

이명호는 mlnp architects의 설립자이자 대표로, 사무소의 모든 프로젝트 디자인을 총괄하고 있다. 서울시립대학교에서 건축학 학사 학위를 취득했으며, 영국 런던의 Architectural Association School of Architecture에서 AA Diploma를 2005년도에 취득했다.
mlnp architects를 설립하기 전에는 런던소재 KPF, RMJM, Zaha Hadid Architects에서 건축가로 근무하면서 다양한 국제 프로젝트에 참여했다. 그는 건축 실무와 더불어 교육 및 학술 활동에도 꾸준히 기여해 왔다. London South Bank University에서 Senior Lecturer로, 서울시립대학교에서 겸임교수로 재직했으며, 현재는 명지대학교에 재직중이다.
이명호는 영국 등록건축사이며, 영국왕립건축가협회 RIBA(Royal Institute of British Architects)의 정회원(Chartered Member)이다.
Myung Ho Lee is the founder and principal of mlnp architects, overseeing all project designs in the office. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Seoul and earned his AA Diploma from the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London, UK, in 2005.
Before establishing mlnp architects, he worked as an architect at KPF, RMJM, and Zaha Hadid Architects in London, participating in various international projects. In addition to architectural practice, he has consistently contributed to education and academic activities. He served as a Senior Lecturer at London South Bank University and an adjunct professor at the University of Seoul, and is currently teaching at Myongji University.
Myung Ho Lee is a registered architect in the UK and a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).

박의진은 mlnp architects의 Principal Architect로, 사무소의 주요 프로젝트에서 건축 설계와 실무를 이끌고 있다. 홍익대학교에서 건축학 학사 학위를 취득했으며, mlnp architects에 합류하기 전에는 서울의 황두진 건축사사무소, 서울디자인포럼, 중원건축에서 다양한 건축 프로젝트를 수행했다. 그는 대한민국 등록건축사이자 대한건축사협회 KIRA(Korea Institute of Registered Architects)의 정회원으로 활동하고 있다.
Euijin Park is a Principal Architect at mlnp architects, leading architectural design and practice for the office's major projects. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Hongik University. Prior to joining mlnp architects, he carried out various architectural projects at Hwang Doojin Architects, Seoul Design Forum, and Jungwon Architecture in Seoul. He is a registered architect in South Korea and a regular member of the Korea Institute of Registered Architects (KIRA).
